| 摘 要： | “关键能力”的概念自提出后,已被应用于众多学科领域的研究。高职教育要特别注重学生职业能力的培养,除了一般意义上的职业技能以外,尤其应重视学生关键能力的培养。文章首先阐述了“关键能力”的内涵和基本特征,然后对高职学生关键能力的培养策略提出了自己的看法。

| Abstract: | Since the concept of key competencies was advanced, it has been used in the study of various subjects. Advanced vocational education focuses on cultivating the students' vocational competencies, including not only so called vocational skills, but also key competencies, which is more important. This article first formulat -ed the meaning and basic characters of key competencies, then put forward the author's opinions in the strategies of cultivating key competencies of the advanced vocational students. |
