预应力钢筋橡胶构件的研究及其应用

摘    要:“预应力钢筋橡胶构件”的提出是为了解决现代汽车工业所造成的废轮胎污染问题。“预应力钢筋橡胶构件”技术和工艺是利用组合材料的思想,充分利用废轮胎(或废橡胶)自身所固有的材料性能特点和结构形状特征,将其加工成为橡胶板块,借鉴预应力钢筋混凝土技术的思想,将橡胶板块加工成为“预应力钢筋橡胶构件”,按材料构件特性所制订的安装工艺,将这些构件铺设到满足实地技术要求和设计要求的路基层上,就形成具有特殊性能的道路路面。

Abstract:The processing technique and technology of prestressed reinforcement and rubber component are based on the combination notion by making full use of intrinsic structure and performing feature of rubber to manufacture the rubber into batten, and using the experience of prestressed reinforcement concrete technology to change the rubber battens into prestressed reinforcement and rubber component. According to the required installment technology establised with material features the components are paved on the road base qualified for technical and design requirements as pavement with specially good performance.
