| 摘 要： | 密云水库是北京城市供水的主要水源地 ,库区内有数千条小流域 ,由于水土流失严重 ,每到汛期 ,洪水挟带大量泥沙下泄 ,造成水库淤积。为改变现状 ,自 2 0 0 3年起 ,在水库上游开展以小流域为单元综合治理水土流失的工程建设 ,是防洪的基本措施 ,也是涵养水源恢复生态的基本措施。本文以承德县乱水河小流域综合治理工程为例进行论述

| Abstract: | The Miyun Reservoir is the main water resource place for Beijing urban water supply. In the reservoir there are thousands and thousands small river basin. Because water loss and soil erosion are serious, when flood season comes, floodwater with a lot of mud and sand sluices down so as to cause the reservoir deposit. In order to change the present situation, from the year 2003, a project construction of comprehensively treating water loss and soil erosion taking a small river basin as a unit is carried out in the upper reaches of the reservoir. This is a basic measure for flood control, it also is the basic measure for conserving water and returning ecology. |
