| 摘 要： | 阐述抽样方案一般不以接收概率来论宽严、应以可接收质量限AQL值分析抽样方案的合理性；指出耐久性试验、寿命试验是在涵义上有所不同的两种试验．而寿命试验可用威布尔图估计法求出斜率估计，求出在一定的失效率下的设定寿命、平均寿命。最后建议企业标准应有型式检验，并将耐久性试验列入型式检验。
