| 摘 要： | 通信产品市场短兵相接,专利成为企业之间竞争的“第二战场”,这种专利战将会愈演愈烈,企业通过知识产权进行技术垄断以谋求行业地位的例子比比皆是.通过对近年行业专利公开数据的解读,提出一些科研布局建议,希望能够更好的保护自身的知识产权,使集团从通信领域的“跟随者”向着“领跑者”加速蜕变.

| Abstract: | Nowadays the patents become "the second front" of the fight between enterprises because of the competition in the communication products market.The patent fights will be increasingly fierce in many cases of the enterprise seeking the status of industry through the knowledge property rights technology monopoly.This article aims at putting forward some suggestions on scientific research layout through public data interpretation of those patents in recent years,and hopes that our industry can protect its intellectual property(IP) better,making a change from "followers" toward "leader" in the communication field. |
