三峡库区通航环境风险识别研究

摘    要:长江黄金水道穿越了我国西南、华中、华东三大经济带,在我国实施西部开发、中部崛起和东部率先的区域发展战略中地位十分重要。三峡坝区河段主航道全长59km,地理环境比较特殊,对整个长江的航运、防洪的作用以及区域的政治经济具有很大的影响。本文结合三峡库区特殊地理通航环境,建立三峡通航安全风险识别标准体系,对确保三峡枢纽畅通具有重要意义。

Abstract:The golden channel of Yangtze river goes though southwest,central,and east China economic area,and it is of great importance in the regional development strategy.The channel in three gorges reservoir area is 59 km long and has special geography features,and it has great influence on the navigation of Yangtze River,flood prevention and regional political economy.According to the special geography features of three gorges reservoir area,this essay attempts to build the risk identification system,which is of great significance to insure the smooth three gorges hub.
