冷冻保存人同种主动脉瓣生物力学研究

摘    要:用生物力学实验方法,研究冷冻保存对人同种主动脉瓣力学的影响以及与保存时间的相关性。结果显示:冷冻保存不影响应力松弛速度,保存15月内对应力一应变关系和破坏参数无影响。它提示冷冻保存对人同种主动脉瓣力学性质影响较小,其机理与冷冻保存可防止胶原纤维、弹性纤维和基质的损害有关。临床上应用冷冻保存15月内的同种瓣是合适的。

Abstract:By the method of biomechanic experiment, We studied the effect of cryopreservation onmechanical properties of the homograft aortic valveand the changes in mechanical behavior with time.The result showed that cryopreservation does notaffect the speed of stress relaxtion, nor affectstress-strain and fracture data within 15 month. Ithas been suggested that the effect of cryopreservation on mechanical properties of the homograftaortic valve is little. It may be that cryopreservationprevents the collagen fibers, elastin fibers andground substance from damage. In clinic, cryopreserved homograft aortic valve within 15 months canbe used.
