| Abstract: | The separation of the simple procedure and fussy procedure is an effective method to totally improve efficiency. To improve efficiency of litigation, we must reform and perfect the simple procedure of civil litigation and resolve the problem that the simple procedure is not simple enough and that the normal procedure is not normative enough. |
