| 摘 要： | 检测高血压病患者是否存在胰岛素受体基因第 2 0外显子突变。方法 以高血压病患者为观察对象 ,用 PCR- SSCP方法检测胰岛素受体基因突变。结果 在 1 1 6例原发性高血压患者中 ,未发现胰岛素受体基因第 2 0外显子存在突变。结论 高血压患者胰岛素受体基因第2 0外显子突变可能并不常见

Detecting the exon 20th point matations of the insulin receptor gene in hypertensives |

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the exon 20th point mutations of the insulin receptor gene in hypertensives.Methods 116 cases with essential hypertension and 44 normotensives were recruited.PCR SSCP analysis technique was used to indentify point mutations of the exon 20th of the insulin receptor gene.Results No mutation of the exon 20th of the insulin receptor gene was found in all subjects.Conclusion The exon 20th point mutation of the insulin receptor gene does not often occur in hypertensives. |
