| Abstract: | Zhongshan Linhai Industrial Park in Guangdong Province is the base of Linhai equipment manufacture industry of the state torch plan. It faces on Hengmen Watercourse in three directions, i.e. east, west and north. It also gazes out at entrance into the sea of the Zhujiang River in south with an area of 20km2. The paper introduces the planning principle of the base, the standards and determination of damp-proof and flood control system as well as the calculation of the design level and embankment top elevation. |
