| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis of the trend factors of the innovation of the enterprise organization structure during its reformation and development,the article puts forward some points which should be paid special attention to in the innovation of the enterprise organization structure,and on this base,provides the options of the innovation mode in the enterprise organization structure. |
