面向装配的汽车内饰件优化设计及研究

摘    要:为了解决产品设计与制造脱节而导致设计修改频繁、装配成本昂贵等问题,面向装配的设计(design for assembly,DFA)方法从装配的角度提供系统的解决方案。详细分析了DFA在汽车内饰件设计上的典型应用,减少零件数量、集成设计、减少紧固件种类和数量、标准化设计、防错设计等DFA方法简化产品设计、提高装配效率,有效缩短开发周期、降低开发及装配成本、提高产品质量。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of frequent design revision、expensive assembly cost because of the disjunction of product design and manufacture,design for assembly provide system's solution from the assembly point of view.Detailed analysis the typical application of automobile interior design with DFA,reducing parts quantity、integrated design、reducing the quantity and king of fasteners 、standardized design、anti-fault design and so on simplify the product design、improve the efficiency of assembly,effectively shorten the product development cycle、reduce the development and assembly cost、improve product quality.
