隧道掘进机选型智能决策支持系统的研究

摘    要:为了使隧道掘进机选型决策理性化,避免单纯依靠设计者的经验进行选型,研究一种综合解决方案。采用人工智能技术与决策支持技术相结合的方法,总结归纳掘进机选型的规律,收集著名厂家的掘进机主参数,整理已成功开挖的隧道工程数据,形成辅助决策需要的知识库和数据库;分别提供基于数理统计的回归模型和理论分析的计算模型,进行掘进机主参数确定和技术经济性分析与比较;通过对掘进机施工工期和成本的预测,评估掘进机的效能。将选型决策的进程分为方案生成、方案评价和方案决策3个阶段,开发计算机辅助决策支持系统的原型,系统由智能选型方案生成、方案的模糊综合评价体系和模糊多属性决策模型3个模块构成,共同完成掘进机选型及主参数优化。该系统不仅可以对掘进机进行概念设计阶段的选型决策支持,还可以帮助设计人员为隧道施工选择合适的掘进机。

Abstract:In order to rationalize type selection of the full face rock tunnel boring machine,a comprehensive solution substituting the empirical choosing method is presented.A combination of artificial intelligence and decision support technology is used.Rules of type selection are summarized.Main parameters of rock tunnel boring machines of some famous manufacturers are accumulated,and engineering data of well-done tunnels is collected.The knowledge base and data base for assistant decision making are built.Two models are established to analyze the economic effectiveness of different tunnel boring machines.Productivity of the tunnel boring machine is evaluated by predicting the time and cost.The type selection process is divided into three stages: scheme creation,scheme evaluation and scheme decision.A prototype computer aided decision support system is developed.This system consists of three modules,which are the modules for intelligent scheme generating,fuzzy evaluating of schemes and multi-factor scheme evaluation.This system can fullfil type selection and main parameters optimization of tunnel boring machines.It is expected that this system will give support to the designer of tunnel boring machines in type selection in the concept design stage and also in selection of the tunnel boring machine appropriate for tunnel construction.
