自行控制出液清洁刷的设计及应用

摘    要:本文介绍了国家专利自行控制出液清洁刷的设计原理及其应用。清洁刷的设计运用了液压泵的基本原理,控制洗涤液从出液口挤出,将刷头刷体和洗涤液及液压泵组合在一起,实现了洗涤液的取用和洗刷过程同步进行,使得清洁过程方便灵活,操作简单方便,有效地节省了时间,减轻了劳动强度。

Abstract:This essay introduces the working principle and use of the cleaning brush capable of automatically controlling liquid-output,which is a national patent.The basic principle of hydraulic pump is applied in the designing of the brush to control the cleaning liquid-output,by assembling the brush,cleaning liquid and the hydraulic pump together,so that it becomes realistic for the brush to clean and automatically control the cleaning liquid out-put simultaneously.The cleaning process becomes easy and convenient so that time and labor are saved.
