| 摘 要： | 投资项目社会评价正逐渐成为公路项目评价工作中越来越重要的一部分。讨论了中国公路项目社会评价在评价对象、范围和方法中出现的的一些值得商榷的问题,并针对这一现状,提出了澄清评价目的、规范评价指标和标准以及对评价结果进行综合分析的对策和建议。
