压缩空气条件下盾构刀盘特种焊接修复技术

摘    要:为了解决压缩空气条件下盾构刀盘的焊接修复和掌子面稳定问题,阐述、分析、研究其工作原理、关键技术、开舱气密性条件及掌子面稳定措施等。研究认为应该: 1)选择专业带压进舱焊接队伍; 2)制定详细的技术方案及专家审查制度; 3)制定严格的过程控制措施,密切注意带压进舱补气量、泥膜质量、掌子面及作业孔稳定情况等; 4)制定严格的技术领导值班制度。

Abstract:The welding principle, key welding technologies, chamber air-tightness and tunnel face stability are presen- ted and analyzed. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1 ) Professional hypobaric welding teams should be selected. 2) Detailed technical scheme and expert examining system should be established. 3 ) Strict process control measures should be worked out. 4) Strict technical leader on-duty system should be established.
