| 摘 要： | 本文研究多抗甲素对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的作用,结果表明,多抗甲素能促进巨噬细胞定向趋化及活化强度,并提高其吞噬鸡红血球和产生TNF_α能力。提示增强单核—巨噬细胞吞噬能力和TNF_α细胞毒作用可能是多抗甲素抗肿瘤作用的一个主要机制。

| Abstract: | In this paper the effects of polyre-sistin on abdominal cavity macrophages of mice bearing Suo sarcoma were observed. Results showed polyresistin could strengthen macrophage chemo-taxis, activate them, and elevate their ability of en-gulfing CRBC and producing TNFa. We think the strengthening of cell engulf and TNFa cytotoxic effects of monocyte-macrophage system may be one of the most important mechanisms of anti-tumor effects of polyresistin. |
