摘    要:研究了电动液压助力转向控制系统中转向盘角速度、车速和电机转速之间非线性关系的控制算法,并依据实际控制系统参数,得到该控制系统中车速、电机转速及转向角速度三者的非线性关系,利用仿真软件实现了控制系统所需要的助力曲线。通过在AMESIM中仿真对比表明,运用该算法能够得到较理想的助力曲线,验证了该算法在电动液压助力转向系统中应用的可行性。通过台架试验表明,该系统助力效果明显,控制算法中参数变换对控制系统的影响与实际控制系统控制效果相吻合。

Abstract:The control algorithm for electro-hydraulic power steering(EHPS) system was researched.Based on the actual control system parameters,the relations of vehicle speed,motor speed and steering angle speed were obtained.The assistant curve of the control system was worked out by using simulation software.Compared with the other control algorithm,the power control characteristic curve which got by this improved control algorithm in the EHPS system simulated by AMESIM is more ideal.The feasibility of this control system for EHPS system was proved by both the power control characteristic curve and bench test.The effect of parameter transform on the control system is same as the control effect of the actual control system.
