基于实测载荷谱的白车身疲劳寿命计算

摘    要:通过六分力轮测试系统实测了某型乘用车在试车场运行的载荷谱数据,以此作为输入,并综合有限元分析、多体动力学分析和疲劳分析等多种CAE手段,对该乘用车白车身在实测载荷谱作用下的疲劳寿命分布进行了计算分析.同时,给出了符合真实工况的试验与虚拟相结合的白车身一体化疲劳分析流程,该流程同样适用于底盘零部件的疲劳分析.

Abstract:The road load data of a car in the proving ground is measured by the 6-Axis Wheel Load Measurement System,based on it and with the aid of many CAE methods,including FEA,MBD analysis and Fatigue analysis,the fatigue life distribution of the BIW of this car is calculated and analyzed under such measured RLD.And the integrated fatigue analysis flow,which combined testing according with real condition and virtual analysis,is presented.Such flow can also be used for the fatigue analysis of the chassis parts.
