摘    要:混合型限流断路器采用电磁斥力机构作为机械触头的高速驱动机构,为了进一步提高混合型限流断路器分断的可靠性,本文采用理论分析结合有限元仿真的方法,分析了电磁斥力机构驱动电容参数对电磁斥力的影响。研究表明在电磁斥力机构脉冲驱动电容储能相等的情况下,小容量高充电电压的驱动电容能够使机械触头在运动初期形成更大的开距,提高断路器关断时过电压的承受能力。样机试验结果证明研究结论的正确性。

Abstract:Electro-magnetic repulsion mechanism is used to drive the mechanical contact in a hybrid current limiting breaker. Aimed to improve the reliability of the hybrid breaker opening, effect of different parameters of the driving capacitor is analyzed through theoretical analysis and finite elements simulation. The investigation indicates that a capacitor with low capacitance and high pre-charged voltage make a longer distance than a capacitor with high capacitance and low pre-charged voltage, thus improves the withstanding voltage when cutting off the circuit. Experimental result of a prototype demonstrates the theoretical and simulation analysis.
