多因素下AC型HMA的水损害性能

摘    要:应用正交试验设计分析了多因素下AC-13和AC-20热拌改性沥青混合料冻融劈裂强度的影响因素及其相关性。结果表明,级配组成是决定AC-13沥青混合料冻融劈裂强度的关键性影响因素,而油石比变化影响则较小;空隙率和砂当量是影响AC-20沥青混合料冻融劈裂强度的关键因素;冻融劈裂强度与马歇尔性能指标存在良好的线性关系。最后,给出了提高施工质量控制措施的建议。

Abstract:According to orthogonal experimental design,factors influencing freezing-thawing splitting strength of AC-13 and AC-20 modified asphalt mixture as well as their relativiy were studied.Through the test,it was demonstrated that the gradation composition played a desicive role in determining the AC-13 asphalt mixture freezing-thawing splitting strength,while it exerted little influence on the OAC;VV and sand equivalent value were crucial factors for AC-20 asphalt mixture freezing-thawing splitting strength;the...
