振动压路机振动系统动态响应的分析研究

摘    要:采用拉格朗日方程建立铰接式轮胎驱动振动压路机的动力学模型.并通过计算机数值计算,分析研究了车体转动惯量、振动轮与整机质量比、减振器与地面刚度比、驾驶室减振器和驱动轮刚度对振动压路机压实能力和驾驶舒适性的影响.提出了一些有关振动压路机设计的参考性意见。

Abstract:By means of Lagrange Equation,the paper established the dynamic model for a tyre articulated vibratory roller,also investigated the effects on the compact copacity and driver's comfortability caused by some parameters of the roller, such as inertia of the machine, ratio of the vibration reducer stiffness to ground stiffness, vibration reducer of cab and driving wheel stiffness,etc.using computer numerical simulation method. As a result,some reference opinions for improving the perfermance of roller have been proposed in it.
