复杂载荷下集汽联箱开孔接管部位的动态响应分析

摘    要:针对集汽联箱开孔接管部位采用UG软件建立三维模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS求得集汽联箱内部对流换热系数,并对模型进行瞬态热-结构分析,得到了在受压受热环境下联箱紧急启动过程的瞬态应力大小及分布,分析裂纹产生的原因并预测了裂纹产生的位置和发展趋势.

Abstract:Aimed at header of steam collecting channel, a 3D model was built by using of software of UG, and the convection coefficients were got by ANSYS. The transient thermal-structural analysis was carried out on the model to get the stress values and distribution of the header of steam collecting channel during emergency starting. The paper discussed about the causes for the crackes, forecasted where they most likely to happen, and the trends of spreading.
