New Managing Method for Spin Lock of Spreader of Container

In order to enhance managing level for container spreader, probing and reform is corried out by Tianjin Port Pacific International Container Terminal. The traditional manging method for spin lock of spreader is introduced and advantages and shortcomings of traditional method is discussed. Pointing against shortcomings of traditional method, relative solving method is introduced, and new managing method for spin lock’s management is found out.
