软土地层管幕-箱涵顶进施工新技术

New Construction Technique of Pipe Roof - Box Culvert Jacking in Soft Soil Layer

Beihong Road Lower Grade Separation Project in the Middle Ring Line of Shanghai is the first case to adopt the pipe roof-box culvert jacking construction technique in China,and is also the largest sectional size of pipe roof process project constructed in the soft soil layer on the world. Combined with the engineering practice,the article puts forward the new pipe roof-box culvert jacking construction method——RBJ method(roof-ox jacking method).The article introduces in detail the key techniques of high accurate status control of the steel pipe roof jacking in the project, the design of grid tool head,jacking force control of box culvert jacking,surface deformation control under box culvert jacking and the status control of box culvert,which provide the reference for the design and construction of the relative projects.
