软土地层管幕-箱涵顶进施工新技术

摘    要:上海市中环线北虹路下立交工程是我国第一次采用管幕-箱涵顶进施工技术,也是世界上在软土地层中施工的断面尺寸最大的管幕法工程。结合工程实际,该文提出了创新的管幕结合箱涵顶进的施工工法——RBJ工法(roof-box jacking method)。文章详细介绍了该工程钢管幕顶进高精度姿态控制,网格工具头设计,箱涵推进的顶力控制,箱涵推进中地表变形控制及箱涵姿态控制等关键技术,为相关工程的设计、施工提供参考。

Abstract:Beihong Road Lower Grade Separation Project in the Middle Ring Line of Shanghai is the first case to adopt the pipe roof-box culvert jacking construction technique in China,and is also the largest sectional size of pipe roof process project constructed in the soft soil layer on the world. Combined with the engineering practice,the article puts forward the new pipe roof-box culvert jacking construction method——RBJ method(roof-ox jacking method).The article introduces in detail the key techniques of high accurate status control of the steel pipe roof jacking in the project, the design of grid tool head,jacking force control of box culvert jacking,surface deformation control under box culvert jacking and the status control of box culvert,which provide the reference for the design and construction of the relative projects.
