| Abstract: | The technical specifications for the interface circuits between computer-based interlocking （CBI） and machine for turning over wagons were expounded. The combination design of the interface circuits and the processing of CBI software were given through explaining the concrete work of delivery of empty cars and dumping of heavy wagon within a station. |
