| 摘 要： | 针对我国无水港发展现状，运用SWOT模型对河南省无水港发展的内外部环境和竞争的优劣势进行分析．提出创新口岸大通关模式，优化通关效率，建立“江海联运、铁海联运、陆空联运”模式和“五定班列（轮）”方式，这对于培育临“港”产业，推动“港”城联动和区域联动策略具有积极的意义。

| Abstract: | In view of existing developing situation of anhydrous port in China, using SWOT to analyze the internal and external environment and competitive superiority and inferiority of the development of anhydrous port in Henan Province, the mode of big customs clearance in innovative port is put forward, which optimizes the efficiency of customs clearance, establishes the mode of ＂river and sea transport, railway and sea transport, land and air transport＂ and the method of ＂freight trains with five fixed terms＂. It has positive significance for cultivating the port industry and promoting the port and city strategy as well as regional strategy. |
