Exploration of balancing profit rate of output value for construction of tunnel surrounding rock at all levels

Through the analysis of the cause of major difference in the profit rate of output value of construction under different surrounding rock conditions of tunneling, this article points out that the non - uniformity of the profit rate of output value of tunneling at different surrounding rock levels is apt to bring about problems of construction safety and engineering quality. It also suggests that the fundamental countermeasure to eliminate this phenomenon is to improve and perfect the rules of making payment by bill of quantities for tunnel projects.
