轮机管理专业文化建设初探

我院作为海员职业培养机构之一，面对现今国内外市场形势，将专业文化建设作为提高海员素质和能力的突破口，以获得较强的市场竞争力。本文认为轮管专业（海员轮机管理专业）文化建设核心理念是：“在社会主流文化、学院教育文化、专业教师影响下，由专业相关全体师生成员自己共同创造出来的独特的专业生存生活方式。”

Study on Cultural Construction of Marine Engineering Management Specialty

As one of the training institutions of seamen, we should take the cultural construc- tion as the breakthrough way of improving the quality and capability of seamen to achieve their competitiveness in the market. This paper points out the core concept for cultural con- struction of marine engineering management specialty： Under the influence of social main- stream culture, college educational culture and professional teachers, teachers and students will work together to create an unique living style for this specialty.
