摘    要:文章设计了一种基于西门子S7-200的气动蝶阀遥控装置,具有遥控启动、关闭各个船舶区位气动蝶阀的功能,并具备了故障报警、断线报警功能。给出了硬件组态及软件设计流程,测试结果显示系统具有高可靠性和实用性。

Design of remote controller for marine pnewmatic butterfly-valve based on PLC
Abstract:The pnewmatic butterfly-valve remote controller was designed based on S7-200 SIEMENS with muhifunctions such as remote-control start, closing any function of the valve at any vessel position, fault-alarm and alarm at tripping-off. Hardware configuration and designing flow of software were also given, the testing result of which shows high reliability and utility of its display system.
