摘    要:本文通过对发动机增压器匹配优化、EGR冷却器散热面积计算和ANSYS建模分析、带EGR的发动机稳态和瞬态标定技术研究等,验证了EGR结合POC和DOC可以使4.5L样机满足国TV排放法规。而EGR+DOC不能使样机满足国IV排放法规。

Abstract:This paper described turbocharger optimization, EGR cooler radiating area calculation, ANSYS model analysis, ESC & ETC test of engine with EGR. By choosing one kind of POC & DOC with EGR,the engine test results showed that prototype engine with EGR & POC & DOC meets NS4 Emissions legislation. On the other hand,the engine test results showed that prototype engine with EGR & DOC does not meet NS4 Emissions legislation.
