大相岭泥巴山隧道高地应力段施工技术

摘    要:大相岭泥巴山隧道长度长,埋深大,地质情况复杂。针对隧道挤压大变形和岩爆事故频发的工程现状,对不同埋深条件下地应力分布进行统计分析,对岩爆烈度进行预测,提出了坚持光面爆破、采用胀壳式锚杆加固、在喷射混凝土中外掺超细沸石粉和速凝剂、并辅以新型退火(柔性)钢丝网,增加钢拱架支护等有效的综合技术应对措施安全通过了烈度不同的岩爆地段。

Abstract:Daxiangling Mud Hill Tunnel has some features about long length, large depth, complex geological conditions. According to project status about large deformation of tunnel squeezing and accident-prone rock burst, using statistical analysis to stress distribution in Different depths. Rock burst location of different intensity was passed security by using new and effective comprehensive technical response, that rock burst intensity was forecasted; adhere to smooth blasting; using expansion shell bolt reinforcement, fine zeolite powder and accelerator was mixed in injection concrete, and install new annealing (soft) steel mesh, increase the steel arch supporting etc.
