| Abstract: | In combination with the's practical experience in financial management,the article conducts analysis on the status quo and basic characteristics of financial management in group companies,states on the importance and emergency of establishing the financial management systems in group companies in the present situation and puts forth the purpose and intention of establishing the effective financial management systems.It also exerts researches into what kind of a financial management system is to be built and how to ensure the implementation of the management mode. |
