摘    要:随着液体散货码头建设步伐加快、泊位吨级大型化、管道直径加大,进行管道应力分析对于判定油品码头管道布置的合理性、经济性和安全性起着至关重要的作用。结合工程实例采用CAESAR II管道应力分析软件论述管道布置、一次应力、二次应力和管道补偿方式等,为同类码头设计提供借鉴经验。

Abstract:With the rapid construction of liquid bulk cargo docks,the berth tonnage grows and the diameter of pipeline increases,so it is very important to carry out the stress analysis so as to judge the reasonability,economicalness and safety of the pipelines'arrangement.This paper expounds software CAESAR II,which is utilized to analyze the piping layout,the primary stress,the secondary stress and the pipeline compensation mode,etc.
