| 摘 要： | 由于土地成本不断高涨和高档汽车消费量的增加而产生车辆储运的高端需求,在外六期滚装汽车码头设计了多层停车场及相应配套设施作为高档汽车的整车储运分拔中心.针对目前港区多层停车场建设经验较少的问题,本文论述了多层停车场的作用及多层停车场在港区的平面布置原则,给出了多层停车场设计原则和设计参数的确定方法针对多层停车场建筑体量巨大而产生的消防设计难题,提出了解决方法.
