聚丙烯/粘土纳米复合材料在轻型车门护板上的应用

摘    要:对某种粘土纳米填充聚丙烯复合材料性能进行了综合评价,介绍了其制备方法,并对该材料进行了性能测试。利用已有的轻型车门护板模具,采用该材料进行了产品成型工艺试验,并对门护板制品进行了评价。试验结果表明,采用聚丙烯/粘土纳米复合材料生产的门护板产品性能满足轻型车门护板的使用要求,而且由于新材料中填料填充量小、密度低,有利于实现汽车零件轻量化。
