摘    要:分析悬置受力,建立了动力总成悬置系统6自由度数学模型。通过综合能量解耦和固有频率的合理布置两个目标函数,建立了多目标优化数学函数。在此基础上,借助MATLAB的GUI功能和工具箱中优化函数对悬置系统进行了优化设计。通过在某自主品牌轿车悬置设计中的应用表明,优化后的悬置系统有效实现了固有频率的合理配置和6个方向的解耦,达到了优化目的。通过实车试验可知,优化后的悬置系统隔振性能提高,整车NVH性能改善。
