| 摘 要： | 以某微型客车为例,采用CAE技术对微型客车车身结构特性的综合评价方法进行研究。对微型客车白车身模态、刚度和强度、车身接头刚度、车身挂点强度、车身耐撞性等结构性能进行了分析和评价,包括载荷、边界条件的设置,以及评价指标及其合理范围,可供相关车身研发分析参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation method for body structural characteristics of a mini bus is investigated with CAE.Mode,stiffness and strength of body-in-white,strength of body joint and body crashworthiness are analyzed and evaluated systemically,which include setting of load and boundary conditions,evaluation criteria and its reasonable scope,this provide reference for mini bus body research and development. |
