变速器齿轮定位挡圈断裂原因分析及改进

摘    要:针对某轿车变速器台架疲劳试验中出现的4挡齿轮定位挡圈断裂的问题,利用有限元方法、疲劳分析技术及理化检验手段分析了其产生断裂的原因。在此基础上提出了2种改进设计方案,并通过计算进行了优选。试验结果表明,采用优选改进方案的挡圈的疲劳寿命满足要求,未出现断裂问题。

Abstract:To find cause of fracture of 4-speed gear locating circlip during bench fatigue test of a car transmission,FEM,fatigue analysis technology and physical and chemical inspection were applied.Based on this analysis,two improvement design plans were proposed,and calculation was made to choose the best one.The test results indicate that the fatigue life of circlip with the improved plan can satisfy the requirement of fatigue life,and no fracture occurred on such circlip.
