基于等效试车原理的汽车可靠性试验规范的开发

摘    要:基于等效试车原理,推导了两试车场试车规范的等效公式,据此提出了汽车可靠性道路试验规范制定中的计算流程.综合考虑车辆部件在x、y、z方向的受力和车身的扭转,选取了基准车辆前轴的轴头载荷作为等效的计算载荷,开发了某汽车公司面向欧洲和北美市场自主品牌乘用车的道路试验规范,最后对道路试验规范的制定提出了建议.
