摘    要:利用有限元分析软件Hypermesh和LS-DYNA建立某SRV白车身车门有限元模型,进行车门有限元碰撞仿真分析.针对该车门侧面抗撞性能差的情况,采用拼焊板对车门外板进行结构改进,提高车门抗撞性能,保证乘员的安全.

Abstract:This paper established a finite-element model of the Vehicle door using the software of HyperMesh and LS-DYNA and the crashworthiness simulation of the Vehicle door was carried out.In order to improve the crashworthiness of side impact performance of the Vehicle door and guarantee the safety of the passengers,an improvement scheme with tailor-welded blanks based on Vehicle door is proposed based on the results of study with good effects acquired.
