摘    要:针对某轿车在进行车速为56 km/h的正面40%偏置碰撞试验中,前保险杠横梁断裂、乘员舱侵入过大问题,主要从抗弯性能和材料等方面对前保险杠横梁提出改进方案,并利用有限元仿真方法对保险杠横梁改进方案进行仿真计算.试制改进方案样件进行了车速为56 km/h的正面40%偏置碰撞试验,试验结果表明,改进方案解决了原保险杠横梁断...
