| 摘 要： | 介绍高压琼脂平板电泳测定绒毛组织中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和脂酶D(EsD)的遗传表型的方法,它能简便快速地区别绒毛组织的这两种酶的各遗传表型。实验表明,此法用于妊娠早期进行父权鉴定是可行的。

| Abstract: | A high boltage electrophoretic methos is discribed for the phentotyPing of acid phosphatase (Acp)and esterase D in chorionic villi. It can be used for an easy and rapid discrimination of varied phenotypes of these two enzymes. ExPeriments showed that this methos is practicable in paternity resting during the first trimester of pregnancy. |
