| 摘 要： | 石油化工企业存在高温、高压、易燃易爆等危险因素,而在企业生产过程中,对各类设备设施的检维修工作、工程建设过程等,都涉及到临时用电作业,如切割、焊接、打磨等等。在石油化工工况下的临时用电作业,如果用电设备、安全措施稍有疏漏,都可能引发人身伤亡（触电）、着火爆炸事故。如何做好施工现场的临时用电管理,解决实施过程中存在的薄弱环节,杜绝临时用电作业引发各类事故,保证人身和设备安全是企业临时用电管理的核心和根本出发点。
