摘    要:利用流变相法制得层状LiV3O8,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对不同条件下合成的材料进行表征,通过Land电池测试系统测试电化学性能.结果表明:制备过程中乙二酸的加入有效改善了LiV3O8的形貌,提高了材料的电化学性能.用流变相法制备、400℃低温处理的LiV3O8性能最好,其形貌为片状,0.1C首次放电比容量为237.1mAh·g-1,30次充放电循环后比容量为177.6mAh·g-1,该制备过程方便节能,适合工业化生产.

Abstract:The layered LiV3O8 was prepared by rheological method.The materials in different conditions were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM). Their electrochemical behaviors were studied by Land battery test system.The results show that the morphology of LiV3O8 is improved effectively via adding oxalic acid in synthetic process.The LiV3O8 prepared by rheological method at 400 ℃ for 10h has higher capacity,and its morphology is flake.When discharge at 0.1 C,the initial discharge capacity is 237.1 mAh·g-1 ,and the dis-charge capacity is 177.6 mAh·g-1 after 30 cycles.The preparation process is convenient and energy saving,and it is suitable for industrial production.
