高速公路管理信息化与智能化及长三角应对策略

本文首先分析了我国高速公路管理的需求及其所面临的严峻形势,研究了高速公路管理信息化与智能化的特点,指出实现高速公路管理信息化与智能化的必要性。同时,综述了美国、日本和欧洲在高速公路管理信息化与智能化所取得的成绩和经验,并针对长江三角洲地区高速公路管理系统的特点,提出了长三角地区实现高速公路信息化与智能化管理的应对策略。研究成果对于促进我国,特别是长江三角洲区域高速公路管理的信息化与智能化和一体化发展具有参考意义和价值。

Informatization and Intelligentize Management For Highway and Countermeasures of Yangtze River Delta

The requirements and grim situation of highway management in China have been analyzed in paper. The characteristic arfd necessity for highway informatiza-tion and intelligentize management have also been researched. At the same time the achievements and experiences of highway management in America, Japan and some Europe countries have been summarized. In paper according to the highway management characteristics of Yangtze River Delta, the countermeasures about highway in-formatization and intelligentize management have been discussed. The results can accelerate the highway informatization and intelligentize management and transportation integration in Yangtze Paver Delta.
