| 摘 要： | 起重机底架是关乎起重机稳定性的关键部件,故起重机底架强度分析至关重要。以某型起重机底架为研究对象,建立了底架有限元模型,根据实际工况添加边界条件,得到底架在不同工况下的应力云图,并分析了承载方位对底架应力的影响。

| Abstract: | The crane chassis is a key component related to the stability of the crane,so the strength analysis of the crane chassis is very important.Taking a certain type of crane frame as the research object,a finite element model of the frame was established,and the boundary conditions were added according to the actual working conditions to obtain the stress cloud diagrams of the underframe under different conditions,and the influence of the bearing orientation on the underframe stress was analyzed. |
