| 摘 要： | 解释结构模型（ISM）用于分析城市公共交通问题时能够抓住问题的本质,并找到解决问题的有效对策。以天水市城市公共交通问题为例,建立ISM进行系统分析,最后提出有针对性的解决措施和改善方案,使ISM的科学性和合理性得到了验证。

| Abstract: | Interpretative Structural Modeling（ISM） can grasp the nature of problem and find out effective countermeasures solving the problem when it is used to analyze urban public traffic problems.Taking the problem of public traffic in Tianshui City for example,by establishing ISM to analyze it systematically,corresponding solutions and improvement projects are proposed,which validates the scientificity and rationality of ISM. |
