摘    要:通过对影响防空兵决策能力因素的分析,构建了指标体系,针对相关因素的多样性,采用云重心理论评估方法,建立防空兵决策能力综合评估模型,给出具体操作步骤,经实例证明该方法简便易行,有效解决了定性与定量相结合的问题。

Abstract:Through to the analysis which influences the antiaircraft soldier's decision ability factor,the index system is constructed.To the variety of the relevant factor,this paper adopts the cloud centre of gravity theory to assess the method,set up antiaircraft soldier's decision ability comprehensive assessment model,provide the concrete operating sequence,proved this method is simple and easy to do by the instance.And the problem of determining the nature and combining together with the ration are solved effectively.
