| 摘 要： | 分析了沥青拌和设备油改煤技术的通用结构,并在原有结构的基础上设计了自动控制系统。该系统采用PLC和触摸屏控制,在对骨料温度实时监测后,能够根据需求自动调节供煤量,优化风煤比,从而确保热骨料温度的稳定,提高燃煤燃烧器的使用安全性和经济性。实际使用表明:这种新型的燃煤系统,能够减轻工人劳动强度,减少污染,不结渣,并满足对骨料的加热要求。

| Abstract: | The general structure of replacing oil with coal technology for asphalt mixing plant is analyzed.The au- tomatic control system is designed.The PLC and touchable screen display are used in this system,which can adjust the coal volume and optimize the ratio of wind to coal while measuring the aggregate temperature.The stabilization of aggregate temperature is guaranteed,and the safety and economical efficiency of coal burner are improved.The practical examples show that the system can decrease labor intensity,abate the pollution,meet the requirement of aggregate heating. |
